We booked this brand-new hotel for its staff and location.

It was truly a really comfortable stay in this good hotel in the heart of Brussels, the property met my requirements. Very central location was a plus.

All in all, it was excellant place for traveling to Brussels. The room met expectation, impressive with a view.

We loved stuff and location here. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was good at the ground floor of the property. It was as expected, had a perfectly pleasant stay in a centrally located hotel.

The shower didn't have enough pressure and caused inconvenience.

The staff were both welcoming and competent. The room was spacious with a view, had wake-up service, that's cool.

Everything was simply great. Fairly clean, central hotel. Exceptionally comfortable bed in premium room with central heating, multi-channel TV and a mini-fridge-bar.

Its staff and location were very good, and for us everything was excellent. The rooms were beautifully designed with a modern decoration.

The hotel was clean, facilities were modern, impressive location just next door to bars.

Everything was very clean, it had reliable wifi, no complaints whatsoever. Very big beds, an iron with ironing board, an electronic key card and a work desk were a nice touch. Very early check-in too. Classy hotel in very nice area.

The hotel is fairly clean, with affable personal, and offers TOP location near the Grand Place, central train station and lovely cafés nearby. Relaxing room and helpful communication with the staff.

Terrific staff & healthy breakfast. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. Within walking distance of a church and a palace. Besides, the area was excellent, next to musical instrument museum. Easy check in and terrific service throughout my stay. Plus their wifi was excellent.

The nicest place to visit when travelling to Brussels. Staff was knowledgeable plus location was prime. The room was double superior, it was neat and the beds were amazing. The view here was breathtaking. Great customer care too.

Location was ideal near everything, staff were brilliantly helpful, everything was fairly clean throughout.

A decent stay. An exceptionally comfortable hotel, I liked, staff was very knowledgeable! Lovely bed in a common room. Brilliant location relatively close to geometrically dominated museums.

Good-sized & clean hotel, its location is unbeatable just next door to parks and the city center and Brussels.

The place was spotless with the best staff. A standard room with a marvellous view, I had requested this in advance. I had an amazing meal at gourmet restaurant. The pool was great and the garden — small🙂

Fairly clean place with super friendly staff. Brand-new room with a soft bed which I loved. Quick check in and nice service. The hotel was in an nice area.

They offered me rich breakfast at no extra cost. Room was tidy and recently refurbished, bed was perfect. Generally everything was brand new, nevertheless the bathroom was poor.

Beautiful views, amazing design, superb breakfast. I enjoyed the superior room. It was a nice size with an absolutely clean bathroom.

I struggled with air conditioning, it was a bit noisy.

We were there for 1 night, overall had an amazing stay. Good beds, air conditioning, flat-screen TV and coffee in the room. Early check-in was a bonus.

big enough rooms, private parking. located in 5 minutes' walk from porte de namur metro station. moreover, we parked on site.

Such a special experience. The hotel is very clean, the room is big, the people are really helpful! We enjoyed our coffee with goodies at Wittamer sa.

Excellent staff, centrally located. Fine base for vacation in Brussels...
